What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders shipping within the US:

Standard (7-10 Business Days)
UPS Ground (4-7 Business Days)
UPS Air (3-5 Business Days)

Orders shipping internationally from the US:

International (7-14 Business Days)
International Plus (7-14 Business Days)*

Orders shipping within the EU:

Local Postal Service (No Tracking) (The exact method name and duration will vary by country)
DPD Courier Express (Full Tracking)* (The exact duration will vary by country)

All shipping estimates include three business days for printing and processing time.

How Do I Track My Order?

To make sure you get your order, you might need to sign for your package at the time of delivery. Signature confirmation helps prevent your shipment from being lost or stolen.

Important: The delivery  carrier usually tries to deliver your package 3 times before returning it to the shipper, so we recommend making the best arrangements for your signature-required package. 

If you need to sign for your delivery, your tracking information will tell you. If a signature is required, and you won’t be able to sign for the package in person.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Here’s an overview of the shipping methods that we are pleased to offer:

Standard and Express Delivery:
Most of our products can be delivered by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They deliver your purchase right to your door.

UPS Mail Innovations:
This service is a combination of UPS and USPS shipping. UPS brings your delivery to your local post office and USPS handles the final delivery to you.

Large-Item Delivery:
Products that are too large or too heavy to ship via the carriers mentioned above will be delivered by one of the following methods: 

Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery provides drop off of the unopened box at the curb. A signature is required.

Threshold Delivery: 
Threshold delivery of the unopened box is made just inside your front door, your garage, or at the first dry area.

White Glove Delivery:
 White Glove Delivery provides placement, set-up and removal of packaging materials.

Please note that — with the exception of Standard and Express delivery and UPS Mail Innovations — the freight carrier will text, call, or email to schedule a delivery appointment.
